Matthew was attending The King’s College when he was offered a Director of Sales position at PizzaAdz 2004, which was a local NYC out of home ad agency. Matthew was able to lead the company to national coverage within six months. In 2007, he went on to open Engage Branding House after reaching the combined role of VP of Technology, Marketing, & Business Development at PizzaAdz. For 15 Years, Matthew had the opportunity to serve as a strategic consultant, CTO, and marketing specialist for clients in over a dozen industries ranging from fashion & food to retail & transport. Matthew is an experienced & skilled business analyst, operational and logistical strategist, graphic designer, UX designer, web (2.0 / 3.0) & app developer, & marketer. Every Project in our works section has had the personal touch of Matthew Diab. Today New Republic Holdings owns interest in various companies all under the supervision of Engage Development Group and it’s leader, Matthew Diab. From Finance and Media, to Design and Development, Matthew has created an impressive portfolio for his partners and clients alike.
Dana Belmond

Dana is the COO, Marketing & Creative Director of all NRT Platforms including Engage Development Group and New Republic Holdings assets. For 2 years, Dana has brought invaluable brand and marketing insight to the Engage & New Republic team combined. His diligent work ethic coupled with decades of creative and marketing experience make him an asset to any growing organization. Being part of National broadcasts himself and having two decades audio engineering & marketing experience allow him to help Engage Branding House & it’s many assets such as New Republic Transport.
Dr. Arrash Ahmadnia
Founder / Partner
Dr. Arrash Ahmadnia attended California State University where he completed his BS in Biology. He then went on to the University of Southern California School of Dentistry to complete his D.D.S in 2005. Arrash since then relocated to Missouri to eventually open over 6 dental practices throughout both Missiouri and Kansas. While doing so, he has also managed to embed himself deeply into the Missouri Real Estate industry as a successful developer.
Arrash has joined Matthew from inception to build what is now Engage Development Group and MoveGuard, a Trademark under New Republic Transport. Arrash brings valuable guidance and a proven track record of building scalable & profitable companies as he has done so with his own dental practice and real estate projects for many years.
